Ingredients

  • 4 Kiwi fruit peeled and chopped
  • 4 Mandarine oranges peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups Watermelon chopped
  • 1 cup Strawberries chopped
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Grapes choppped
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks in coconut water

Honey Lime Dressing

  • 1 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Lime juiced (about 2 tablespoons)

Instructions

  • Begin by thoroughly washing all of your fruit to remove any dirt or debris.
  • Cut all of your fruit into bite size pieces- use a chopper if you have one to ensure that you get even sized bites.
  • Once all of your fruit is chopped, add them into a large bowl. Include the pineapple in coconut water if you are using it.

Honey Lime Dressing

  • Add the honey and lime juice to a small bowl and whisk it together until fully combined.
  • Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit salad and gently mix it all together until it is fully combined.
  • Cover the bowl chill for 15-20 minutes before serving. And enjoy!
