Ingredients

  • 2 heads Fresh broccoli cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of Garlic minced or pressed
  • 2 teaspoons Seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional, for a little kick
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese optional, for topping
  • 2 tablespoons Bacon crumbles

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets with the olive oil, garlic, seasoned salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss everything together to ensure the broccoli is evenly coated with the seasoning and oil.
  • 3. Sprinkel the crumbled bacon into the bowl with the broccoli florets Spread the seasoned broccoli florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they don't overlap.
  • 4. Roast the broccoli in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and slightly browned. Be sure to flip the broccoli halfway through the cooking time to ensure even roasting.
  • 5. Remove the broccoli from the oven and, if desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese while still hot.
  • 6. Serve immediately and enjoy your oven-roasted broccoli!
