Sprinkle the grilled zucchini squash with parmesan after they cook
Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, or make sure the charcoal grill reaches 350 degrees F.
2. Wash and dry your zucchini and squash to get off any debris. Then Slice them into “coins’ about 1/4-inch thick slices and add them to a large bowl.
3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, seasoned salt, garlic powder, basil, oregano, and pepper. Stir well to create a seasoning mixture.
4. Add the seasoning mixture into the bowl with the zucchini and squash, and toss it around until everything is coated.
5. Place the seasoned zucchini and squash slices onto a grill tray, and cover it with foil. Then place the grilling tray onto the preheated grill. Cook for about 10 minutes undisturbed.
*alternatively, you can place the zucchini and squash directly on the grill.
6. Now remove the grilled zucchini and squash from the grill and let them cool down for 2-3 minutes before serving.
