Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds Brussel sprouts trimmed and thinly shaved
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Seasoned salt sub regular salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey for drizzling (optional but recommended)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • If not buying pre-shredded brussel sprouts, trim the ends and slice the sprouts very thin using a sharp knife or food processor. Then place them in a large bowl.
  • Add the olive oil, seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss them thoroughly until every piece is coated.
  • Pour the seasoned shaved brussel sprouts onto the sheet pan, spreading them into a thin, even layer. Avoid overcrowding to ensure crispiness.
  • Place the pan in the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, tossing once halfway through, until the sprouts are golden brown with crispy edges.
  • Remove the sheet pan from the oven and immediately drizzle lightly with honey while warm. Toss gently to coat, and place them back in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
