Ingredients

  • 1 bag 20 ounces Frozen sweet potato fries
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Seasoned salt or seasoning of choice

Optional sauces to dip

  • Ranch
  • Ketchup
  • Honey Mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer for about 3 minutes,  to 375°F. Lightly spray the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Gently pour about half of the bag of sweet potato fries into the air fryer. Make sure the fries are not overlapping too much.
  • Close the air fryer and cook untouched, for 7 minutes. Open the air fryer tray or basket and shake the fries around, or use tongs to flip the fries so that the other side can cook.
  • Close the basket and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the fries are golden brown. Cook in one minute increments until your desired doneness is achieved. Enjoy immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Oven instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Place the fries on a baking sheet in one single layer.
  3. Bake them for about 25-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
