2tablespoonsParsleyfresh chopped, or 1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
½cupGrated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Prepare the dough using either the bread machine method or traditional method (reference post above). It is important to add the ingredients into the bread machine in the order they're listed.
Make a little well in the center of the flour, and add the yeast. Set the bread machine to the dough setting.
Once it's done mixing, allow the dough to complete its first rise in the bread machine.
Divide the dough into 12-16 equal pieces and roll each piece into an 8-inch rope.
Tie the ropes into knots and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow the garlic knots to rise for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 400°F, bake garlic knots for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Melt the butter in the microwave and stir in garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the baked knots generously with garlic butter, and sprinkle them with the Parmesan cheese. Serve them warm, and enjoy!
