Ingredients

  • 1 bag Shredded hash browns frozen or fresh
  • 10.5 oz can Cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Seasoned salt
  • 2 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Butter unsalted and melted
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a baking dish (13x9) with nonstick cooking spray. 
  • Add your hash browns, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, seasoned salt, onion powder, and black pepper, minced garlic, and melted butter to a bowl. Stir this up until it is fully combined. 
  • Sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded cheese into the potato mixture, and mix it in until completely incorporated. 
  • Pour the hash brown mixture into the baking dish and spread it out into one even layer. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top. 
  • Place the dish in the oven and bake for 45 minutes until it is golden brown and bubbly. Serve right away, and ENJOY!
