Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 Beef smoked sausage links
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze optional

Instructions

  • Cut the ends off of each brussel sprout, then cut the brussel sprout in half lengthwise and place them in a bowl.
  • Next, cut the smoke sausage into ¼ slice coins and set them aside. Drizzle the olive oil into the bowl with the brussel sprouts and sprinkle in the seasonings including the cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Add in the smoked sausage, and use a pair of tongs or a large spoon to mix in the seasonings. Once the seasonings are fully incorporated, add the brussel sprouts and sausages into the air fryer.
  • Place the brussel sprouts into the air fryer and bake on 325ºF for 10 minutes. Remove the basket from the air fryer and flip the brussel sprouts and sausage, then cook them an additional 5-10 minutes, depending on the level of tenderness you would like your sprouts to be.
  • Once your brussel sprouts are done to your liking, remove them from the air fryer, and enjoy right away!
