Add your eggs to a saucepan and cover them with water. Then add in the vinegar and bring it to a boil over medium high heat. Boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes (for well done, fully cooked yolk).
While they are boiling, make the marinade for the eggs. Use a large bowl and combine the soy sauce, sugar, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, green onions, garlic, and sesame seeds. Mix this up well until everything is fully incorporated.
Once the eggs have boiled, remove them from the heat and run cold water over them. Once they are cool to the touch, peel the shells off of the eggs.
Gently place the hard boiled eggs into the marinade and use a spoon to ensure they are fully covered with the sauce.
Eat right away, or for more flavor, cover the bowl and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Enjoy with rice, ramen, or all by themself!
