Cajun Fried Corn on the Cob

INGREDIENTS: – Corn  – Butter – Olive oil – Cajun seasoning – Garlic powder –Parmesan Cheese (optional)

STEP 1: Add the butter and olive oil to a skillet and begin frying the corn.

STEP 2:  Season the corn very well, and mix it around the skillet to fully coat each piece.

STEP 3:   fry the corn in the butter and oil mixture until it is golden brown.

STEP 5:   Sprinkle with parmesan cheese for extra flavor!

STEP 6:   Serve with a side of ranch for dipping!
